Ecataloger offers a personalized subscription service that allows our members to access catalog or accounting management content via internet-connected computers and other devices.

Ecataloger service is offered to you by Elitcreative Software and Design office. These Terms of Use govern your use of our service. Within the scope of these Terms of Use, the phrases "Ecataloger", "our service" or "service" are used by Ecataloger to find and access Ecataloger content; It refers to personalized service, including all features and functions, recommendations and reviews, our websites, user interfaces and all content and software related to our service. In these Terms of Use, the person referred to as "you" refers to the member who created the Ecataloger account and whose payment method is charged.


1.Membership

1.1. Your Ecataloger membership continues until terminated. To use the Ecataloger service, you must have Internet access and log in via a browser such as a computer or phone. “Payment Method” means an existing, valid, recognized payment method, which you may update from time to time and which may include payment through a third party through your account. Unless you cancel your membership before the billing date, you authorize us to collect the membership fee for the next billing period via the Payment Method.

1.2. We may offer several different membership plans, including memberships offered by third parties in combination with their own products or services. Ecataloger cannot be held responsible for any products or services offered by such third parties. Some membership plans may have different terms and limitations that will be disclosed at the time you sign up or in other communications provided to you. You can access information about your Ecataloger membership by visiting the ecataloger.com website and using the Membership Management page within the My Account page.


2.Invoicing and Membership Cancellation

2.1. Billing Periods. The membership fee of the Ecataloger service and all other expenses such as taxes and possible transaction fees that may arise due to your use of the service will be collected through the Payment Method you have chosen on the specific payment date specified on the "Membership Management" page. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription you choose when you sign up for the service. Your payment date may change in cases where your Payment Method cannot be confirmed, you change your subscription plan, or your paid membership starts on a day that is not included in the month in question. To see your next payment date, visit the ecataloger.com website and click on the "Membership Management" page. When we impose membership or service-related fees, we may confirm your Payment Method in a variety of ways, including allowing you to receive service for up to approximately one month at the time you open an account.

2.2. Payment methods. To use the Ecataloger service, you must provide one or more Payment Methods. If your Primary Payment Method is declined or can no longer be used to pay your subscription fee, you authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated with your account. In such a case, you will remain liable for any uncollected amounts. If the payment is not successful due to expiration of the payment method validity date, insufficient funds, or other reasons and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to our service until we collect the subscription fee from a valid Payment Method. If you use certain Payment Methods, the provider may charge you various fees related to the processing of your Payment Method, such as a foreign transaction fee. Local tax amounts may vary depending on the Payment Method used.

2.3. Updating Your Payment Methods. You can update your Payment Methods on the "Membership Management" page. We may also update your Payment Methods using information provided by payment service providers. After any update, you authorize us to continue charging applicable Payment Methods.

2.4. Membership Cancellation. You can cancel your Ecataloger membership at any time and continue to benefit from the Ecataloger service until the end of your billing period. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for incomplete membership periods or unused Ecataloger content. To cancel your membership, go to the "Membership Management" page and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you cancel your membership, your account will be automatically closed at the end of your current billing period. To see when your account will be closed, click on the "Membership Management" page.

2.5. Fee and Subscription Plan Changes. We may change our subscription plan and the price of our service from time to time. However, any fee changes or changes to your subscription plan will take effect 30 days at the earliest following notification to you. If you do not want to accept the price change or change to your subscription plan, you can cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.


3.Miscellaneous Provisions

3.1. These Terms of Use are governed by and may be interpreted within the scope of Turkish laws.

3.2. Unsolicited Materials. Ecataloger does not accept unsolicited materials or ideas for its content and is not responsible for any similarities in its content or programs to materials or ideas transmitted to Ecataloger in any medium.

3.3. Customer Support. If you would like to learn more about our service and its features, or need assistance with your account, please visit the Ecataloger Contact page, accessible through the ecataloger.com website. In certain cases, in order to best assist you, Customer Service may need to use a remote access support tool that allows us to have full access to your computer. If you do not want us to access your computer in this way, you should not allow support via a remote access tool. In this case, we will assist you in other ways. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and information provided by Customer Support or contained elsewhere on our websites, these Terms of Use will control.

3.4. Sustainability. If any provision or provisions of these Terms of Use shall be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

3.5. Terms of Use Changes and Transfer. Ecataloger may change these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you at least 30 days before any such changes become effective to you. If you do not want to accept the changes, you can cancel your subscription before the changes take effect. We may assign or transfer our agreement with you, including our associated rights and obligations, to another party at any time, and you agree to cooperate with us in connection with any such transfer or assignment.

3.6. Electronic Communications. Information regarding your account (payment authorizations, invoices, password or Payment Method changes, confirmation messages, notifications, etc.) will be transferred to you only in electronic format. For example; through e-mails sent to your e-mail address during registration.
